Outlook
You can send transport documents, manifests, invoices and statements directly to Outlook for email or fax without having to search for the address. Within Azyra, select the document, click Email, add any message and click Send.
Emails received are easily stored where they belong - within a job, a financial transaction, customer, supplier, quotation, bank account or even a budget. This makes them easy to find - by anyone with suitable permission.
Excel
You can output any report to Excel and you can import nominal budgets from spreadsheets.
Just as with emails and any electronic document, you can store spreadsheets where they belong - and find them easily.
Word
Azyra provides fully integrated Word documents everywhere they are needed for any purpose - in jobs, customers, quotations, invoices, consolidations, etc.
Crystal Reports
All Azyra documents and reports are designed in Crystal Reports. With Crystal Reports Designer, you can produce your own special versions or entirely new reports. The Azyra database is designed to be as friendly as possible for reporting.
In Azyra it's very easy to register your special reports and documents so they appear in the system alongside the standard reports and documents.
You don't have to purchase Crystal Reports to use Azyra. Only if you want to modify or design your own reports do you need to purchase Crystal Reports Designer for just those users who will design special reports.
Microsoft Sql Analysis Services
Microsoft Sql Analysis Services provides unlimited multi-dimensional analysis of your Sql database. Azyra has special facilities to make it easy to use this power to fine tune your routing, pricing and marketing.
Multi-dimensional analysis sounds exotic but it means you can interactively explore your volumes and margins by customer, by sales representative, by transport region or area, by agent, by type of cargo, by size of shipment, by terms and by any time period - quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily.
Sql Analysis Services is available as an additional download without charge for some versions of Sql Server. Consult the Microsoft web site or your Sql Server supplier for details.
