Emails received, Spreadsheets and all electronic documents are stored where they belong – within a quotation, job, invoice, customer or supplier account, bank account or even a budget. This makes them easy to find by anyone with suitable permission.
Outlook
You can send freight documents, manifests, invoices and statements directly to Outlook for email or fax without having to search for the address. Within Azyra, select the document, click Email, add a message and click Send.
Word
You can easily design your own documents with data prefilled from Azyra to be available wherever they are needed – in jobs, customers, quotations, invoices, consolidations, etc.
Excel
You can output reports to Excel and pick the columns you need. Next time the columns are preselected.
PowerPivot
