Azyra runs on the standard Microsoft Windows platform with no special requirements.
PCs
- Windows Vista/XP/2000
- Microsoft Office 2007/XP/2003/2000
Windows Server and MS Sql Server
For larger numbers of users, Windows Server 2003/2000 with Microsoft Sql Server 2005/2000 is required.
Microsoft Small Business Server
For up to 25 users, Azyra works very well with Microsoft
Small Business Server (Premium Edition) on a suitable
server PC. As performance is continually improving,
contact us for details of the hardware that companies like
yours are using.
Small companies
For smaller companies with up to 5 users, Azyra gives good performance on PCs networked without a server using the Express edition of Microsoft Sql Server which is freely downloadable.
Document Imaging
Documents are scanned using widely available and affordable scanners – details will be supplied at time of quotation.
Laser Printers
Azyra supports all printers supported by Windows. Laser printers are strongly recommended over inkjet printers.
Dot Matrix Printers
All Azyra reports and documents print on A4 laser printers except the following which of necessity require dot matrix printers:
- Air Waybills
- C88s
- CMRs
Details of dot matrix printers supported by Azyra will be supplied at time of quotation.
Remote Offices
Remote offices and mobile staff can have access to Azyra by connecting via broadband internet to Microsoft Terminal Services Server at the central location. Alternatively a Citrix server may be used.
