When EDI customs clearance results in Duty or Vat being deducted from your account, Azyra automatically posts a sales invoice (which may include a service fee) to your customer's account and a purchase invoice to match it. Therefore your customs account is always reconciled.
Regardless of the terms of credit with the customer, Duty and VAT invoices are immediately due for payment and feature on a special credit control report.
Only the service fee element of Duty and Vat invoices is taken account of in job profitability reporting so your margins are not distorted.
